Geothermal
Septic
In the last few years we have been contracted in the installation
process for vertical heat loops that are used for geothermal heating
and cooling.

Geothermal is a renewable type of energy that relies on the earths
stable temperature of 55 degrees to heat and cool.

The vertical loop consist of 3/4" polyethylene tubing that is filled with a
biodegradable food grade antifreeze and installed up to 200' below the
ground.  The circulation of the fluid is what heats and cools your
home.  In the winter, heat is moved from the earth and into your house.
In the summer, heat is pulled from your house and allows it to be
absorbed by the earth.

Studies have shown that up to 70% of energy used in the geothermal
process is renewable from the ground.  The cost to install this system
is initially greater than the conventional system, but they can produce
lower energy bills of 30-40% less.
